How Does it Work?

 

Step 1 – Initial Contact 

So you have got you date set, the venue booked and you have created a million Pinterest boards full of fantastic ideas for your wedding. Now is the time to give us a call or drop us an email. 

 

Step 2 – Free Consultation 

Once you have contacted us with your wedding date and venue, we will invite you down for an initial appointment at our beautiful showroom in Kettering, to chat about any styling and decor ideas you have. Don’t worry if you don’t! This gives us a chance to discuss and develop ideas together, such as themes, colour schemes and the overall vibe you want your styling to create!

In our KTV Venue Stylist showroom we have some fantastic tables displays with potential ideas for styling your tables, samples of sashes and any additional touches we will need to create unique ideas for your big day! Please feel free to bring along any wedding scrapbooks, pictures you have found, sample wedding invitations or anything else you think will be useful! This appointment usually takes around one and a half hours!

 Step 3 – Bespoke Design/Styling Creation 

After we have established your vision, we will work with your list of requirements on designing and quoting for your venue styling and decor! It takes couple of days or so to get the quotes across to you, so please be patient! Once we’re finished, we’ll email everything over to you for your approval and you are free to make as many changes to it as you need to.

After you have reviewed your quote and are happy with it, it is at this stage that we will require a 25% booking fee which will secure your wedding date and ensure you are all booked in! We also have lots of contacts within the wedding industry, if you should need additional help with sourcing these, that is no problem at all!

Step 4 – 16-12 Weeks Before 

We will invite you back in for a second appointment around 3 to 4 months before your wedding day, where we will go through the finer details of your decor and styling. We will then create your table set up so you are able to see your vision come to life before the big day itself! This is also a great tool to tweak anything, should we need to! We will confirm numbers, make any changes and confirm our set up times. This appointment usually takes around an hour. (Additional appointments are available, however there will be a £50 charge due to limited availability) 

Step 5 – 8 Weeks Before 

The final balance is due approximately 2 months before the wedding, however you are free to pay this whenever you would like to up until this date.

Step 6 – 3-2 Weeks Before 

It is at this stage we will liaise with you to organise set up times. Of course we can liaise directly with your venue if you wish, and will most certainly communicate regularly with your other suppliers wherever you need us to. You can relax in the run up to the wedding knowing that our team will have all areas covered and you will be free to focus on getting yourself ready for the biggest (and best) day of your life.

Step 7 – Installation/Set Up 

On the morning of the wedding, or the day before if agreed with your venue, we will arrive bright and early to set up the bespoke styling. We'll stay for as long as we're needed to, to make sure every chair is perfect, every prop is beautifully positioned and every name card is correctly placed! You are welcome to pop by and see our team in action or you can sit back and relax, and focus on looking absolutely perfect on your special day!

Step 8 – Take Down/Clearing Away 

After the wedding has taken place, we will then return to the venue to collect everything, leaving you to start your life as a married couple without having to worry about a thing.
